IO Angus was founded on a simple belief: good cattle and good relationships still matter. Our family has lived and worked in California's Central Valley since the late 1800s, farming, ranching, and hauling. We have been rooted in the foothills long before fences covered much of this country, and we have always taken pride in being part of the first link in the food chain.
We take a long-term view of business, recognizing that in the seedstock industry, success is built on trust, integrity, and results over time. Our approach is centered on standing behind what we produce and helping the people we work with succeed.

Our Herd
IO Angus is a registered Angus seedstock operation based in Springville, California, centered around a donor program at our headquarters. Our cattle run throughout the surrounding foothill country, where the elevation and terrain naturally reflect the conditions faced by many of our commercial customers.
We are committed to building cattle that work: cattle that perform in real-world conditions with structural integrity, maternal strength, and long-term productivity. Each mating is planned with intention, focusing on consistency, phenotype, and predictable genetic improvement.
